Drew Semanson

Landscape Architect / Installation Manager

Drew manages our installation projects. He meets customers interested in enhancing their landscapes and uses his creativity and horticultural knowledge to help them bring their vision to life. Once a fully costed proposal has been agreed, he oversees the project to ensure the highest quality of execution and keeps the customer up to date on progress. Drew has worked in the landscaping industry for over 25 years, for major landscaping companies in Georgia and in the Sarasota area, and graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture. He says: “I love what I do! Nothing is greater than having the ability to be creative every single day and let my imagination come to life.”

Shaf Patel

Operations Manager

Shaf is our Certified Pest Control Officer and our Qualified Irrigation Contractor. He oversees all of our fertilization and irrigation services, answers customers’ pest control, fertilization and irrigation questions and personally provides our Arborjet tree and palm treatments. Shaf also manages our schedules, crews and equipment, and regularly tours our customers’ premises to ensure the properties we maintain look great and are flourishing. His entire career has involved managing crews of workmen to maintain properties, first in building maintenance and later in landscape maintenance.

Nas Patel

Account Manager

Nas is responsible for ensuring all of our customers are happy. She meets all new customers and provides them with proposals, costed quotes and contracts, and makes sure customer questions or issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. She visits current clients at least annually to check on satisfaction. Nas has nearly 20 years of customer relations and marketing experience, and her developing horticultural knowledge includes completing the Green Industries Best Management Practice exam, passing with 100%.

Tony Stevens

Finance Director

Tony ensures Greenscapes’ financial stability and viability. He is responsible for billing our customers, paying our suppliers, managing our payroll and managing our various insurances. Tony has always worked in the financial world: his career started in insurance and he went on to become a Military Accountant in the British Army. As a veteran he has managed all aspects of business finances in both the UK and the USA.
